The location was perfect, close to all attractions, yet in a quiet area, and the rooms offering views of the vineyard were particularly impressive. The staff, including the front desk, bar, and breakfast teams, provided exceptional service. We extend our sincere gratitude. Family friendly I truly recommend it.

Having the indoor pool, we would have expected bathrobes and slippers to be made available in the room.

The Outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was very nice. The Breakfast was superb everything that you can imagine was there. beds were very comfortable.

Location is in the city but feels like outside. The rooms are aligned with its spa profile of pool and sauna annemities. Friendly and helpful staff and enough parking even though close to the center of Riva.

The site is very beautiful, it contains a large area for customer parking, as well as the employees are very professional and care about the smallest details for the comfort of the customer

The room was big enough and had comfy beds, breakfast was great and we liked that it was located a bit further away from crowdy places at Riva del Garda.

Breakfast spread was very good. No restaurant on site but possible to get snacks in the evening which were adequate served by a friendly local.There is a terrace which is pleasant.

Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms soundproof. A little bit away from all the buzz of Riva but not too far that it was inconvenient to get there. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff. Free indoor and outdoor pools. Peaceful location (20 min walking from the centre) with free parking. Mini fridge and a lot of storage space in the room. Big balcony.

Comfortable, clean & the staff are very friendly. The area is beautiful & only a short walk to the lake, near many restaurants & shops. The bed was very comfortable & the room was nice and cool in the hot weather.

A lovely hotel witch is spotlessly clean with large rooms and a beautiful pool. In our 7 week tour of Europe, they provided the best breakfast !
