“So much potential”
Beautiful location, very central and with a great view. Most of the facilities seem quite new, the spa very nice, love the terrace pool. Room is quite modern.

“blissfull perfection”
Really pleasant and well set up hotel. You cannot park at the hotel but the arrangements for how to park are clear and easy and its a nice walk back through the center from the car park. Window looks straight out onto the street. The breakfast on the top floor has fantastic views.

“Enjoyable 3 nights, but disappointing that the room wasn't cleaner.”
The location is perfect for visiting Riva del Garda. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was well situated. The bathroom was very clean.

“The perfect location”
The location was excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our stay helping us with Garda card etc. Nothing was too much. We loved our balcony room. It was such a treat. The pool area was great. A shame that the rooftop bar was closed but the views for breakfast were incredible.

“great stay”
Location is great, in the middle of the centre. Parking is a bit clumbersum. You need to drive 4 km to park your car, although after parking it takes 7min to walk back to the hotel. Breakfast is ok and the rooms are fine.

The room was spacious and light. The view from the terrace (I can't name it balcony 🥰) was fabulous! Breakfast is great experience as well. Pets friendly. I am more than satisfied. Now it is my location number one.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. It’s an easy walk from the ferry & it’s also a short walk to the tourist information centre, the bus stops & a really large supermarket. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. My room was large & it had everything I need for a comfortable stay. It was really clean & quiet. Not charming but it had everything I needed & it was just as shown in the photos. As a solo traveller I felt safe & secure here. Riva is a really lovely place & this hotel was a great base for me for 3 nights. Breakfast was served on the top floor of the hotel. It was a typical Italian continental breakfast that is self serve. You get your own coffee from a machine.

“Location is good - but that’s about it.”
Location is great to get to the ferry/restaurants etc. but that’s about it. The rooms size and space is good too. Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular but not bad either. I assume standard selection for Italian hotels. Free WiFi was okay but the range was lacking.
