Overview
Du Lac and Du Park Grand Resort is set in parkland in Riva Del Garda. Guests have free use of its 2 swimming pools, wellness facilities, and fitness centre. Rooms here come with air conditioning and satellite TV. Some have a balcony. The Grand Resort’s outdoor swimming pool has beautiful mountain views which you can enjoy from the sun terrace with loungers. Bike rental is available so you can explore the surrounding area. We loves every single bit of the property, very nice with the adult pool. It was also very pretty with the small ponds with the fishes. Big propert wich tjej keep very clean

“A place that could be 5 star but with 2 star services”
The surrounding nature is amazing!!! The swimming pools were very clean. The spa looked nice but we did not get any chance since it was fully booked. The breakfast and restaurants were quite nice but in general the place seemed understaffed. The majority of the staff were kind and friendly.

Beautiful grounds. Clean updated rooms, didnt have an over crowded feel. Lovely stroll through gardens to lake. Near to shops, boat hire. Lovely help yourself breakfast. Would recommend.

“Great location, poor hospitality”
The breakfast selection was very good, with a wide variety of options. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location by the lake is beautiful, and the walking path along the lake was one of the highlights. The landscaping and overall atmosphere of the property were also very relaxing and enjoyable.

“A tired, poorly designed and badly maintained hotel that falls well below the standard it claims to offer.”
The location was good, right in the middle of town, although from the sixth floor there is a rather enormous factory visible to the rear. The lakeside view, however, was stunning — beautiful mountains and breathtaking views across the lake. The gardens were also exceptionally well maintained and added greatly to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

It was very cosy and comfortable - we had everything we needed. The only comment I have is that they need to enable Netflix - I would have loved a movie night with my partner while the kids slept 🙏

The facilities are amazing you could spend all your day inside the resort and won’t get bored. The in-facility Restaurant was amazing! The breakfast selection is huge.

The air conditioning is not working or is too weak. An extra bed was requested and approved, but it hasn't been provided. We contacted them, but they still haven't provided the bed.
