This is a unique place with wonderful and helpful people. Delicious breakfasts, great location, quiet and peaceful. There are free bikes on site which you can use to get down to the wonderful town or beach in 15 minutes. A great starting point for exploring the wonderful surroundings. The accommodation was excellent: • Great location near Lake Garda • The property was on private land with free parking, an animal farm, and vineyards • The interior was modern and clean • Family-run and very friendly staff • Rich breakfast with local products • Dog allowed for a reasonable extra fee Altogether, it felt like visiting family – surrounded by mountains, a lake, a historic town, and good food. If we travel through the area again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. Every single staff member was so nice and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed from day one. The location was perfect, and the cleanliness of the room was truly spotless – a huge credit to the team! We especially loved the food, which was amazing, fresh, and clearly homemade every single day. But the absolute highlights of our trip were Rosa and Molly! These two beautiful dogs were always ready for a cuddle or a game, and they truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. We'll miss them dearly! Thank you for an amazing experience. We can't wait to visit again

This agriturismo was an absolute gem! Located just 5 minutes from Riva del Garda by car or bike, it’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful, authentic experience. Everything is produced on-site – from the delicious homemade breakfast to the fresh local products available to guests. The place is spotless, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The presence of animals adds to the charm, and the owners are kind, welcoming, and generous — they even provide free bicycles and access to their own products. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

“nice place to stay in Riva”

the location in combination with the bike lease to go to the city was really convenient, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The place is beautiful and quiet, surrounded with nature and animals. There are few super friendly dogs and cats on site which come to you for cudle. If you don't have animals at home and you are sensitive to smalls like me, don't worry. Place even with animals was super clean and there was no bad smells or any strong smells which could desturb.The location is very good if you have a car. By car is 13min to lago Tenno 5 min to centre of Riva del Garda. There are also many paths for hiking around. There is a free off charge city bike which you can use to go to the city or to the mountain (if you are fit). Staff is super friendly and explains everything to you at the start. I'm travelling quite a lot and need to say that the service is at level of 5 star hotel or even better. Room was very comfortable and had absolutely everything what it is needed. I didn't see an iron but I'm sure if you ask at the reception, you get it. Breakfast was super tasty with local ham and salami. The ham was best ever which I had in my life. Super high quality homemade one. The lemon tart which you could take anytime of the day as was just at the reception for everyone was also homemade and very nice plus fresh pears from the garden. I could write a book how amazing the place was and wellcoming and nice atmosphere was there. Thank you for such a lovely time.

Amazing location and views around the area. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Clean and nice rooms. Huge plus for us was that we could use the bikes provided by host so we traveled around the city with bikes every day. Very nice attraction for the kids is to feed and pet farm animals.

My partner and I stayed at Agriturismo De Bas to go mountainbiking and hiking. The stay exceeded our expectations by far. The estate is green, very calm and hidden away from the tourist hot spots. The room was very clean, offered a veranda with garden + mountain view and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Despite the heat of the Italian summer, the room was cool throughout the day and night, without even turning on the AC. A local breakfast offers a variety of self-made, delicious items (juice, eggs, salami, daily cake, etc.) that serves all preferences. The easy access bike shed shared with other guests offers the possibility to lock the bikes safely indoors (incl. charging station for E-Bikes). Our interactions with the owners where lovely and we are very much looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was excellent. Starting from the location. A breathtaking view surrounds the farm. The place is new, very clean, great breakfast. A family that is a great and welcoming team in every aspect of the stay. Every day we returned from a trip to the feeling of a warm home that welcomes you with cakes, fruits and drinks. A must for farm animal and nature lovers

Amazing. We were greeted by the host who is a friendly, outgoing and genuine person. She explained everything we needed to know in detail. The building is new and the dining area has a magnificent view of the surrounding area. The room was new, large and spacious, as was the bathroom. Very comfortable beds that allowed for a great nights sleep. The host had free fruit and cakes on offer throughout the day and wines, beer and drinks at a minimal cost. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic. Eggs to order, a wide selection of meats, cheeses and other produces, many from the farm stay itself. And great cappuccino's too. Additionally, my partner is vegan and the host had foods available for her including soya cappuccino and a wonderful chocolate & plum cake. Free, well maintained bikes to ride around town in. The only negative point lies on our part - we regret not staying longer. We will definitely be back!!!

Pros: -free bikes to use, short ten minute ride to the centre of Riva del Garda -farm animals to visit, as well as family dog Molly that was sooooooo sweet -extremely clean rooms and building -free parking -beautiful breakfast with homemade goodies -wonderful staff, great and fast communication -park RIGHT BESIDE the agristurismo -got a message that we could check-in even earlier than the regular 15:00 check-in time -free child bed rail installed and ready upon arrival Cons: -none
