“Authentic and great value for money”
Easy to find, excellent Agriturismo accommodation providing very good value dinner (extra cost) and breakfast (included). Most of produce from own farm/local suppliers. Basic room but with very comfortable beds and pillows. Relatively close to Palmanova UNESCO site

Breakfast was delicious. The staff were lovely, so helpful and put up with my limited Italian. The room was very clean and the house is picturesque in the middle of farming land. We stocked up on local produce at their farm stall before we left.

“Expectations exceeded”
The building is looking as a really "agroturismo" one, it has a flavour of Italian countryside. The owner has been very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was exceeding my expectation and I strongly recommend to book this location once travelling to/from Italy and being nerby Udine.

Helpful and friendly staff, immaculately clean room, good breakfast and has bar and restaurant. Cafe, supermarket, laundromat and bus stop nearby (500m). Plenty of safe looking parking.

“Beautiful place with good wine !”
Cosy, clean rooms, bed in single room was not so comfortable and creaking . But the rest is perfect! Location is beautiful, restaurant is good and the local wine is perfect and cheap. Nice and friendly owners. Definitely will come back again.
