Everything was great, and everything matched the description in the listing. Konstantin was a very polite host and always responded immediately. What we liked the most was that the beach was only about 200 meters away — the sea was very clean. The only things in apartment that could be improved are the stability of internet connection and having a microwave available. Risan is a perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet, the beautiful scenery of the sea surrounded by mountains, and the delicious local food. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially as a relaxing holiday for people who are tired of daily routine.

Clean apartment with all amenities. Close to Perast and not too far to explore Kotor. The owner was really helpful and gave us good recommendations.

The place is great, with a fantastic view on the bay (we stayed in apt. no. 5). The house is visible from the beach, it's a little walk uphill, but shops, restaurants are very near. Parking is great (though need some skills as the access road is quite narrow). Konstantin is a very helpful and great host (thanks for the advice for Morinj Beach and also Hipnos restaurant with great pizza and also great cevapi). Beds and sofa were comfy. Wifi is properly working.

Modern and well maintained apartments. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. We had ground floor room it did not get hot during the day and had very spacious patio. Wi Fi connection was good too.

The apartment is located on a hill, from where there is a gorgeous view, on one side the bay, on the other mountains. I recommend it with all my heart.

Our host, Alex was incredibly helpful, very kind and friendly during our whole stay in Risan. Interior of our apartment was extremely stylish, modern furnitures, spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and cleanliness everywhere. Moreover, both bedrooms have balcony with amazing view to the bay and wonderful sea and we had a big terrace we had a huge terrace overlooking the bay and the surrounding mountains. I woke up early in the morning to just to enjoy the view and the ever-changing colour of the bay waters.

Great place! it is located on a quiet street, while very close to the embankment. The room is large, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. You can have a great time on the spacious and cozy terrace. There is also a barbecue area. It's a pity that we didn't have much time, next time we will definitely stay longer.

Great apartment with with a pleasant terrace, comfortable beds, sunblinds and AC in every room, free parking, good WiFi and even a package of adult channels on TV :D A small set of local wines and mineral water was also a nice surprise. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In general - great value for money. I have to admit that this is one of the few places in Montenegro that I would like to come back to.
