The host is extremely hospitable, and communication with him was excellent throughout our stay. He is a masterful chef, and the meals he prepared were outstanding. We were even gifted a bottle of homemade wine, free of charge. The unit is located right next to the shore, and the cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. The host also provided a generous selection of basic amenities, including bread, milk, oil, prosciutto, toilet paper, detergent, and dishwasher pods. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the coast, and the view from the terrace is truly breathtaking. The peaceful atmosphere and quiet moments spent overlooking the water were absolutely priceless, a perfect setting for relaxation.

“Fantastic place”

Had the most wonderful time in Villa Ivan. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Marie who showed us everything and had the most delicious bread and parma ham which we devoured. Our apt was perfect. Everything a family needs and immaculately clean. It's location is fantastic and allowed us to swim and chill at the same time. We were near the village also. The best part was dinner which was delicious cooked by our host Ivan who also brought us out on his boat. He was so informative and pleasant and we learnt a lot about Montenegro and enjoyed a lovely swim. We felt very safe and welcome in Villa Ivan as a family and looking forward to returning soon.

The property is amazing. The view is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful location, amazing views, the apartment is super clean and well maintained. Everything you could need was provided, including coffee, condiments and cleaning items. Ivan and his wife were so helpful and nice, they left us bread, milk and ham. Also Ivan can cook a lovely meal for you and serve it on the balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. The pool is lovely and has a cute garden with sun beds and umbrellas. There is an entry point for sea swimming right next door.

We were once again very happy with our stay at the hotel – this was our second time here. The addition of the coffee machine this year was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thanks to Ivan, the owner, for his kindness and attentiveness – he truly made us feel at home. It’s always a pleasure to stay in such a welcoming place. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

It is very nice place with very kind host. You can eat on place dishes served by host. The small city around is amazing. You can also make a trip by boat with landlord. If you are looking for wonderful and quite place far away from big city it is perfect choice!

The view is beautiful. The pool and outdoor areas are wonderful and meticulously cared for. Our villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Cooking was a pleasure in the well-equipt kitchen. We enjoyed long and lazy breakfasts on our balcony. We enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by our hosts (highly recommemded). We enjoyed snorkelling and fishing in the bay. 😁😁😁

Very nice place, easy to find. Host was very welcoming and forthcoming. Rooms were big and clean, kitchen had everything that you'd need. There was homemade bread waiting for us on the table and in the fridge there was milk and ham. Basically we had breakfast ready when we arrived :) You also can order dinner a few hours in advance, that the host cooks himself. Restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby. You can go for a swim in the pool or right behind the house in the bay of Kotor.

the location was excellent and the host was very welcoming. food can be ordered from the host which was delicious (mussels caught on the same day) at a reasonable price. overall pictures don’t do it justice. Town is beautiful - unlike what some descriptions say.

“An amazing accomodation in a gorgeous, quiet little town. BOOK HERE!”

This place exceeded all expectations. The photo's do not do it justice. Easily accessible from the main road, free parking. You meet the host, Ivan, who is incredibly hospitable and shows you around the accomodation. Ivan and his family thought of all the necessities when staying in a home away from home. You have a well stocked kitchen that allows you to cook full meals and a balcony with amazing views to enjoy your meals on. You have a petrol station 200m away, a few super markets just as close and restaurants for you to choose from. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Sunday (all shops are closed) then you will have the opportunity to enjoy the local farmers market and bakery. Ivan offers boat tours and room service - which was delicious! You have direct access to the beach and a pool - our girls loved swimming every day. Every question or request we had, Ivan was more than happy to help. Our only regret is that we didn't book for a longer stay. We LOVED this place, will definitely book here again - in a heart beat!

“Good location in a nice small city”

Good apartment that had everything we needed. Ivan was very friendly and made sure we had a good stay. As shown in the pictures, the pool is not that big, but our kids loved it. Pool is well maintained. The apartment is in a good location, close to a grocery store and a short walk from restaurants. Parking just outside the house.

We enjoyed our stay at one of Ivan’s apartments! It was clean, comfortable, with a direct pool access and a beach just a few steps away! Ivan was a great host, awesome captain to take us on a boat ride through the Boka Bay and an amaaaaazing cook preparing for us some super delicious and fresh grilled fish, shrimp and mussels that he farms himself 🤩 Truly an amazing experience, would definitely recommend it and for sure will ve back!! Thank you Ivan for your great hospitality!

Direct access to the sea, beautiful swimming there. Nice view from the balcony to the bay. Table tennis located in a shadow. It is like a small oasis isolated from the street hustle.
