Great location straight on to the water. A beautiful traditional house around a courtyard with lots of shade. The house is right on the road but it isnt too busy. The driveway is a little hidden but Marco, the host, was quick to answer our call and help us find it. 10 minute easy stroll from a supermarket, bakery and restaurants and immediately next to a stony beach. Appreciated the air-conditioning in the heat. The kitchen is small but well kitted out to cook meals for our family. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

The location was great - not in the hustle and bustle, but those are easy to get to from Subotic by bus. The host was always available to assist and is a very kind man. Nice area for sundowners and swim.

Everything about this house was out of this world. The courtyard with figues that you can pick, view on the mountains and the sea from the bedroom and above all, best hosts ever. Big shoutout to Madam and Mister Subotic.

the location of Subotic apartment is spectacular, right on the water. We had the sea front apartment and it felt like sleeping on a boat, truly wonderful. The apartment is big enough for 4 persons, the kitchen is rather small, but big enough to cook simple meals. We used the barbecue a couple of times and we had dinner on the sea front terrace. The property is clean and well kept, the host is attentive. Risan is the best place to stay on Kotor bay, far from the hustle and bustle of the other seaside villages, authentic and well serviced. Book without hesitation

The picture says it all. This is a charming place were you can sit nearby the sea and rest. If you walk 5 min. you are already in the village. Your car can stay on the private parking space, while you go to a restaurant or a shop. We enjoyed it.

First, my husband and I would like to say a huge thank you to the incredibly hospitable owner of this wonderful place, Mr. Peter and to his wonderful wife, who treated us with home-made berries and delicious local fried fish! Mr. Peter is really very kind, very careful man and ready to help with absolutely everything you need. Bu the location of this wonderful 200-year-old house is the main advantage! Never before have we rested practically on the water in such beautiful place when the sea is three meters from the door of your apartment! This is something indescribable, incredibly beautiful!!! You have your own clean, cozy little beach with steps right into the clear warm sea water and no one around. It's unforgettable!!! Just huge majestic mountains around, the sea and you. Real paradise where is everything made with love! We already miss this place and want to come back this autumn, but for two weeks minimum. Our hearts are left in this place... Montenegro and Montenegrins, we love you so much!!!!

Location perfect for swimming and relaxing. Amazing old stone house. Close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants and places of interest. Great hosts. Parking. Wi-Fi. Will definitely go again.
