“Clean apartment with a beautiful bay view, convenient location and good value for money.”
The apartment was clean and offered a beautiful view of the bay, even from the bedroom balcony. The location is not central, but convenient for visiting nearby towns if you have a car. Parking was available close to the property. The host was kind and helpful. Good value for money overall. The bathroom was nice and of a reasonable size.

Cash ONLY!!! This was not stated until I arrived and I had to withdraw the full amount of €683 at a significant worse exchange rate ! Ended up costing me around £50 more than my it should have - if you are staying here you must draw cash out in your home country

The host welcomed us and showed us around. From the apartment’s terrace, which is part of the property, there’s a stunning view of the sea and the town—especially beautiful in the evening, perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the scenery. We noticed the electric kettle was broken, but the host replaced it immediately. Communication was very easy and smooth. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed.

“Private and peaceful stay in Kotor Bay Area”
If you are not afraid to drive up a narrow and a steep hill and you are looking for a private and peaceful place in the Kotor bay area - Kula is your choice! We loved our stay here. We learnt that Risan is the oldest village in Kotor bay. For us the location was great, as we continued our way to Durmitor. Risan itself has all the services you need, including 3 supermarkets and for us the swim in the local beach was the best in Montenegro (the rocks were so soft)! Lovely Perast is only a 10 min drive away from Risan and well worth the visit! The view from our balcony and bedroom was amazing. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evenings with the view. Locals were very welcoming and friendly, including the host :). You had the feeling that you can turn to him in whatever matter. Parking platform on the top was spacious and the room itself was very clean and pleasant! We would stay again!

The apartment itself was clean and quite modern. However, the owner is untrue when he claims that the apartment is 35 square meters. In reality, the apartment is much smaller, it has a maximum of 25 square meters. The kitchen and living room are small rooms without windows. The bathroom is microscopic, but well-appointed. There is a lack of basic kitchen equipment - for example, we only had one glass and one spoon. However, the biggest drawback is the fact that the apartment is on the top floor of an unfinished building. Therefore, the roof does not have sufficient insulation and despite the air conditioning, the apartment is unbearably hot. The location is secluded, but the descent to the main road is dangerous due to its location on a bend in the road and heavy traffic. I do not recommend it, especially for families with children.

The owner really makes an effort to make your stay as nice and comfortable as possible. The apartment was quite modern and mostly clean. Neighbours' cat greeted us one morning. From the tourist standpoint, the location is great. There is a small town less than 15 minutes away by foot with some restaurants, shops and other neccessities. The view from the balcony was exceptional.

Our stay was amazing. We regret that we couldn't stay longer. View from balcony is breathtaking. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Apartment was Big and well equipped. You can enjoy beautiful views and relax in your room, surroundings is really calm and quiet. Location is also good - 5 min by car from Perast.
