“Cool apartment with a view of Etna”

Beautiful appartment over 2 floors decorated in a really cool style. The place was spotlessly clean and all the furniture and fittings were of a high quality. It was a very short walk to the resturants and bars and also very close to the beach. The best piece was the stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi and view of Mount Etna.

“Great flat in eastern Sicily”

Great location in Riposto, close to the sea and the beaches. The flat is incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The rooftop balcony is an absolute highlight with the Etna view and the Jacuzzi! The host Dario was extremely friendly, always on service and even came to pick us up at the train station. The best flat we had in Italy so far! (Advice: Nearby is a supermarket (McFood) with fresh cheese, meat, pesto,..., a bakery (Chantilly) with delicious and cheap ice cream and granita and a pizza bakery (Don Pippo), that is also very recommendable.)

“Exceptional authentic Sicilian food, wine and local community experience”

We LOVED every aspect of Casa Rebecca and in summary Dario and his family showed genuine warmth and delivered an amazing set of local, authentic experiences that connected us to the Riposto community. We shopped at the local fish and fresh food market with Tino ( the REAL boss!) and met many of the local characters and personalities whilst procuring the very freshest of oysters, fish, prawns and extraordinary blue fin tuna for sashimi. We were treated to a lovingly created 4 course dinner with Sicilian wines by Salvatore a well regarded chef who cooked for us at home. We rented a great boat to take us up the coast and loved being out on the water. The house is spacious, contemporary design with many thoughtful touches and a fantastic terrace and hot/cool-tub however this is all made even more special by the highly personalised care and genuine service shown by Dario and his team. Truly exceptional.

“Couldn’t recommend Casa Rebecca enough.”

Cassa Rebecca has everything you need it’s modern and clean with a fantastic balcony with views of mount Etna. The rooms are all large, the beds very comfortable. It’s in a fantastic position close to the marina, supermarket, restaurants and about 15 min walk from the train station so easy to get about and visit other towns. Dario the owner picked us up from the airport and showed us places to go in Riposto. He booked restaurant for us and regularly checked that everything was ok he was brilliant.

Great location for eastern Sicily if you have a car. Lovely house with great facilities and helpful staff. Great view of Mt Etna from the terrace. Riposto is a nice little town with all the facilities you need.

“Fantastic break in a well located stylish property with the perfect host”

Well located for visiting Taormina, Mount Etna and Siracusa. Very stylish property with everything we could wish for. Dario was the perfect host, warm welcome and always available to answer questions. Lovely touch to leave home made pesto and jam for our arrival and such a nice surprise when Dario’s father visited to give us freshly baked bread.

A wonderful stay. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and terrace are amazing and the views of Etna incredible. We were met by the lovely Christina who showed us the apartment and Dario kept in touch by WhatsApp helping with dinner reservations and personally gave us a lift back to the station on our final day. Riposto is a quiet town that we have visited before. Easy to access from Catania airport by train as are Taormina and central Catania along with Syracuse and Messina along with all the adventures available on Etna. A perfect spot for a perfect stay. Thank you Dario, we hope to see you in May next year.

“Amazing views of Etna in a high tech high style apartment - wonderful”

being warmly welcomed by your host when you arrive is such an important first event and Dario was wonderfully welcoming!! Great Start ! The property is in a wonderful location with the most amazing view from the top ( 3rd floor). The kitchen is so well equipped (including a nice coffee machine) and this leads directly out onto the large terrace with the views from the top floor! The terrace has space to sit and eat at a table or sit in comfy chairs or sun-loungers or sit in the lovely hot tub and watch the smoke puffing out of Etna ( clouds permitting!) The views of Etna are just spell binding - it is incredible to just sit and watch ! The bedrooms on the floor below are large and comfy with lots of storage space and shelves and lighting and plugs! The bedding and towels were luxurious . Washing machine is also in the apartment which was very useful. There is space outside the house to park a car if needed in front of the garage doors , so it was also free and it felt safe. Riposto is “real” town i.e. not just full of tourists . There are a whole load of fish stalls down by the harbour. There are some wonderful restaurants and bars. - as recommended by Dario and tried by us. - namely Vico Astemio. - make sure you ask Dario. All hosts always say “ call me if you need anything”. - Dario means it ! Such wonderful service on any issue no matter how small including espresso cups!! Thank you Dario We loved our stay in Casa Rebecca. Thoroughly recommended despite all the technology in the house and us trying to understand how to use it al!!

Dario was the most welcoming host, super helpful & resolving all the issues immediately, made us feel at home &helped with the restaurant booking. The place is absolutely stunning & insanely comfortable. The view from the terrace is breathtaking.

Everything was perfect. The view of Mt. Etna from the terrace is spectacular. Dario is a great host who does everything in his power to make sure you have everything you need. He generously picked us up on our arrival and again on our departure drove us to Riposto Station.

Very beautiful house with a breathtaking view on the Etna.. Plus it’s one of the most well-equipped we’ve been to. The host is absolutely amazing! Very kind and helpful. He helped us with absolutely everything, even with an issue we had with our car. He’s an absolute star. Highly recommend staying here
