Overview
With an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Villaggio Turistico Airone offers a peaceful location, 2 km from the Gulf of Follonica. All air-conditioned apartments include a balcony or patio and fully equipped kitchenette. Shops and supermarkets can be found 8 km from the property. Follonica town centre is a 15-minute drive away. Apartments have simple furnishings and cool tiled floors. Each is equipped with a TV and fridge. Wi-Fi is free in public areas, and there is a laundry area which guests can use at extra charge. Boats to Elba Island and Sardinia leave from Piombino, 16 km away. The Airone is a 5-minute drive from the green hills of Riotorto. Parking is free.

Excellent location beside the seam - 5 Min in the car. Supermarkets also nearby. Restaurant top quality and warm friendly atmosphere. Swimming pool best I've seen in 20 years here in Italy.

A great apartment, fantastic swimming pool, close to the beach. Marco the manager very helpful and great communication prior to holiday. Easy drive to some beautiful hilltop towns such as Populonia and Massa Marittima, and large costal town of Piombino.

Fantastic location, clean and big pool. Really helpful personnel with lot of information about the area. Nice rooms, eventhough it could be moře modern, but generally no problem at all.

“A nice quiet place with a private pool”
Marco is very outgoing and pleasant host, who takes good care of your needs and wishes. The single apartments are nicely separated, so you never feel bothered and have a good amount of privacy. There is a pool present that looked spotlessly clean, had a child section of the pool with lower depth and had an ample selection of sun beds and umbrellas. Attached to the complex is a decent restaurant, so there is no need for driving to dinner every evening. You can find at least 3 beaches in the near vicinity of the apartment, we tried 2 of them and were very satisfied. There is private parking for guests, which was very pleasantly near to the apartments themselves. Even thought the complex is close to the main road, it is not a very frequented one and we could hear absolutely nothing, the stay was very relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely recommend :)

The place was perfect and for excellent value for money compared to other places we have stayed in the area. Marco was very helpful in trying to order us a taxi and was accommodating to all our needs. The rooms are large and the pool was very clean.
