breakfast was ok, basic arepa, eggs and cheese with cofee or chocolate, rooms are basic. Clean. comfy bed, easy check in.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and demeaning. He assigned a room with two beds. The walls are thin. The first night, the person in the room next to me had their TV on the highest volume and I could hear them snoring. When I requested to change the room, the same person who did my check-in said he would switch my room. He did not. When the person taking over his shift came, she told me there were no rooms but to let her know which room was being noisy from the night before. Once I figured out the room, there was suddenly a room available and I was able to move. On my last night, I saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to check out, they said I had to pay an additional amount even though I paid for my stay upfront. They do not answer their phone, the rooms do not have a comforter, and the breakfast is not good. I did appreciate the woman who helped me switch rooms and she was the one who figured out there had been a mistake when it came to that additional fee.
