We liked the service minded way of getting guests to enjoy the stay. Clean room with a good bed. Breakfast was very nice with nice cappuccinos. Knowledgeable staff with good info how to get around.

The location was fabulous, as was the secure parking. Fantastic host could not have been more helpful. He gave us lots of information on the area and we purchased tickets from the hotel for the train and local walking trail. Would definitely recommend this hotel . Also, a good breakfast to start the day.

“Decent size clean rooms with car parking - a rare find!”

Good location and car park is out the front - really handy if you have a car as there is no parking around! Staff were really helpful and told us how to get places. Rooms are a decent size with a good size bathroom, very clean and the cleaner came even though we only stayed two nights. Mini bar was also very cheap! Nice place out the front to sit out.

Good location away from the crowds but a short stroll to the town. A nice big room, comfortable bed, hot shower. Relaxed breakfast with a good variety.

Great location, suoer quiet at night awhile just a few steps from the centre. And parking! Enrico was extremely helpful suggesting hikes, restaurants, tips etc,. Also very accommodating for our late departure, very much appreciated!

Loved the location just a short distance from bars restaurants, so was lovely and quiet at night. Space outside to sit and relax was magic! Breakfast was continental style had a good selection to choose from. Enrico couldn’t have done anymore to help us with local information and we had the most relaxing stay. Will definitely return.

The room was clean with plenty of space. There’s a fridge with a paid bar. Hand wash and body wash provided. The balcony is a lovely welcome to relax in the sun after walking up the hill.

What an amazing place to stay! The room was super clean and had some distant water views (we were in apartment #4 on the top floor) with a nice terrace. Each morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast service, included in our room. It was more than we expected - lots of fresh fruits, pastries, granola, yoghurt, and breads. And of course, good Italian coffee! Enrico (and I assume his wife) were amazing hosts. We were given great instructions to arrive by train. It is a steep climb, but Enrico offered a pick up service from the train station - we probably should have taken him up on that offer. There is also an elevator from the train station that removes a good portion of the climb, but 1 Euro each (but you get a QR code to ride for free once you pay the tax at the hotel). Riomaggiore was the perfect place to start our journey in Conque Terre. The only thing to watch for is the cruise ships drop loads of passengers as La Spezia who all seem to converge on Riomaggiore around 9/10 AM, only to keep the trains full when visiting the other towns. The good news is they leave around 5 and the town is yours. Of the 5, our favourite is Riomaggiore , but you must be prepared for some hills/hikes.

Enrico was amazing as a host, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to best get around the area. He was very attentive and accommodating and gave the best customer service!! The breakfast was an awesome bonus to start the day. The room was large and comfortable and the water was hot with great pressure. Our expectations were exceeded in this property/stay.

Enrico and his wife were perfect hosts, the rooms well planned, breakfast good. We enjoyed having a terrace. The hotel is not far from the train station, and there are several nice restaurants not far away.

An excellent place for a base in the Cinque Terre, with a car park too. Made very welcome by Enrico. each room has its own small terrace with table and chairs plus a sun shade. A cold beer in the fridge makes a pleasant pause. Breakfast is very adequate and the coffee excellent.
