“A good place from which to visit the city of Bologna”

This place was perfect for our brief stay in Bologna. It is located a short distance from Bologna, but can easily be reached by bus or, as in our case, by car. The facilities of this apartment are top-notch.

Amazing stay in Rastignano, apartment very cosy, easy to access and host very friendly. Close to train station and public bus to Bologna, and bakery just outside flat entrance. Very warm and sunny- but also has air conditioning in every room and sun blinds. Host was very kind to leave coffee pods and water in fridge, which was very appreciated! Overall a very recommended stay if you want/ need to stay slightly outside of main Bologna.

We had everything what we needed. The host is a very caring person. Apartment very spacious and super clean. Cafes and restaurants or little shops near the apartment. Food delicious and very friendly people. Public transport if someone wants close too. Simply amazing. We are very grateful to be a guest of FrenkHome. 🏆❤️

Very good value for money. Good position when driving by car, free parking available at any time. Alessandro is very good host ( we have not met him but was always at our disposal). Nice, clean and specious apartment. Supermarket is 7 minute by walk. In bathroom you will find soap and washing gel. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, salt, paper towels etc. Bologna is beautiful town and looking forward to come back.

Lovely little apartment, it was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the owner stocked the cupboards with tea, coffee and water bottles. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. We were also glad of the large free parking area behind the apartment.

Very pleasant owner and it was the most equipped house I have ever booked. Big parking behind the block of flats.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Check-in/check-out is very easy and on our own schedule because it is automated. The espresso available in the apartment is excellent! There are even small chocolates from the coffee brand available with the coffee. There is a bakery and a gerateria/pizzaria on the ground floor of the building (if you stay Mon-Sat). It is closed on Sundays but there is a nice coffee shop with variety of pastries two blocks away on the street that works also on Sundays.
