“Excellent”
Great hostel, nice spacious room with airco and a 10min walk to the beach. There are placed to eat at short walk. Shared toilets. They offer a delicious coffee in the morning for free

“An amazing homestay with warm and friendly people”
An amazing homestay with warm people ! Close to the taxi parking for the Uribia station. They also provided us with parking and they offered us great coffee the morning before we leave. Zaida is a wonderful poet with positive vibes and energy . Louis ,her grandson, he was always with smile, speaks english fluently and shared usefull info about everything we asked.

This is the cutest and nicest hostel in Colombia, the family who runs it, does it with a lot of heart. We felt very welcomed and really recommend this place!

It was an incredibly lovely stay at Zaida's place. She is a lovely woman who takes great care of her guests. We wished that our Spanish would be better to understand all the lovely poems Zaida presented to us. If you are homesick, Zaida will take you into her family with open arms. All the best to Zaida and her family.

“Home away from home”
Everything! You stay with Luis and his grandmother Zaida. Unfortunately we don't speak a lot of Spanish (yet), but Luis speaks English and can translate. They let us park our rental car at their house while we visited Cabo de la Vela. They really took care of us. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from a lot of small shops, the ocean and some nice restaurants.

“Like a family home! I had a great stay here.”
I was ill during my time in Riohacha and the family did everything to make me feel comfortable. They are all so caring and will really go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean, the aircon is good and there’s a great outdoor space to sit and relax.
