greatly equipped kitchen, warm showers, clean rooms, probably the most comfortable dorm bed I’ve ever slept in, they offer rentals for hikes for a very reasonable price and the staff is very kind and helpful. AND breakfast super tasteful

Quite expensive for the fact that the single room is without a bathroom. The room looked worn out. Lots of noise from outside, the bathrooms are very small and quite overloaded in the morning. Kind and helpful but not English-speaking staff.

Breakfast was great and there were a lot of travellers from all over who were very friendly and easy to talk to. The bed was really comfy and allowed us to get a great night's sleep to enjoy our time in Riobamba.

Very wide beds and comfortable. Good kitchen equipments. The staff was able to answer the questions I had about all the tours there is in the area! Very cosy and vintage style.

We only stayed one night here in Riobamba on the way down from Baños to Ingapirca but it was a very comfortable stay at Villa Bonita! We had a lovely welcome and our room was huge, a large bed and lots of space. The hosts were very helpful arranging a taxi for the bus terminus in the morning.

The kitchen is very well equipped, all rooms including the bathrooms were clean and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful in any matter.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly. There is a kitchen if you want to cook your meals. The place is beautifully decorated with lots of nice details: objects, paintings, plants etc.

Convenient location close to town; our room was huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked really well. They organised us a really reasonably priced trip up Chimborazo with an awesome guide, and the hostel felt really safe and secure. Staff were awesome and helpful.

“Like Staying in a Fancy Period Drama”

If Jane Austen ran a hostel, this would be it. High ceilings? Check. Old-school charm? Absolutely. A vibe that makes you feel like you should be dramatically staring out of a window, contemplating your past mistakes? 100%. The room was spacious, the breakfast was solid, and I half-expected to run into a brooding gentleman in a waistcoat. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt. Would I write a letter with a quill professing my admiration for this hostel? If I knew how, yes. Can’t recommend it enough!

The room was clean and spacious with lots of natural light. The host was lovely and welcoming and spoke great English. I would definitely recommend

One of the best hostels I've stayed in so far! The owners are so friendly and lovely and they help you with organizing tours. The rooms are amazing!
