Hotel Spa Mansion Santa Isabella offers stylish accommodation in the centre of Riobamba, in an Ecuadorian colonial-style house with an indoor fountain, just 300 metres from the Cathedral of Riobamba. WiFi and parking are free. With cream-coloured walls and rustic decorated bedspreads, the rooms are styled in full 4-star fashion. Santa Isabella is 50 metres from the Central Bank Museum and offers tourist information for those willing to explore the area. The train station is 2 blocks away and shuttle services can be arranged for an extra charge.

“Great boutique hotel well locate to explore riobamba by foot”
Spacious comfortable ambience. Host extremely helpful. Shower was best in Ecuador. King bed and fantastic safe location could walk to all sights. Easy $1.50 taxi ride to all bus stations so could easily catch buses to nearby indigenous markets. Room service daily and very clean. Separate common lounge sitting area. Restaurant on site

“A great place to stay in Riobamba”
The hotel is in the centre of Riobamba. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very nice with a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious and we loved that the room also had a bathtub.

Charming hotel with a perfect location. Very interesting building with tones of character, well decorated and furnished. The breakfast was okay, but it was nice to have coffee when we wanted it.

“Nice hotel but fairly empty and spa is not included”
The staff is friendly and the hotel is located in the centre of Riobamba. They gave us a free boxed lunch which was really nice.

“Comfortable central hotel”
We stayed here three times, twice in the comfortable Room 20 and once in the gorgeous and spacious Room 21. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Comfortable and welcoming hotel in downtown Riobamba”
The hotel is well located in the centre of town and our room (20) had a balcony and a peaceful garden view. The staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly, and were happy to speak English when our Spanish failed us.

“amazing place”
best hotel in Equador! Have been in many places in Ecuador, was really surprised about this beautiful hotel. Staff very professional, amazing breakfast, beautiful a la carte menu for the evening. All local, homemade ingredients. rooms spacious, very comfy bed, very clean! Am amazed by the whole experience. Will definitely come back!
