Very pretty hotel with a well decorated patio and rooms. Rooms face inward so I was very quiet at night. Nice bathroom too. Breakfast is served at the restaurant downstairs.

I had a private parking from hotel which is very helpful as the neighboring streets are very busy. They actually serve a breakfast in a cafe next door but did not tell me at check in. For nice places to eat in the evening you'd need to walk at little, there is nothing on the main square.

One staff who spoke English was very helpful. He, however, worked only 2 days a week. The location was fine. It was a number of blocks to the main restaurants along the street, but not an issue. Breakfast was included next door.

“Beautiful hotel in the downtown”
Beautiful hotel in the center of Riobamba Historical building, with amazoing interior, and nice rooms. Free parking 3 minutes from the hotel, correct breakfast and good wifi. Staff is extremely kind and helpful, bit don't speaking english at all.

“Good hotel in Rio Bamba”
Very good situated. Clean hotel and room. Good breakfast in the restaurant, unfortunately only from 8-10 am, but while arriving earlier we got really nice breakfast package for take away! Helpful, English speaking staff.
