I had an amazing stay at Miriam’s place! She welcomed me so warmly, and both she and her husband are incredibly kind and caring. I instantly felt at home. The two apartments are spacious, spotless, and very cozy. Miriam’s hospitality went above and beyond; she even invited me for coffee and surprised me with a piece of cake. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Interesting building, very good location

A lovely place in Riobamba! I've extended my stay because I've enjoyed it. Myriam and Matthias are lovely and interesting people to talk to! The whole place gives you a sense of home and the terrace on the top is unmatched to have a coffee in the morning or relax during the day. Place was very clean and the room small but comfortable Everything is very close and there are facilites for cooking also available with everything you need. There are also infusions available for free. Definitely would return to meet Myriam and Matthias and have a good night sleep!

Lovely room, great value, super friendly people.

Great mini apartment and clean, small to detail. This also, come with private kitchen, fridge, toilet and small place to study. Good for privacy, well worth the money. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing hostess, made us feel very comfortable and was great company to be around. Such a lovely lady. She even let us sit in and have cake with two of her students and meet them which was really kind! The property itself is beautiful, the terrace has an amazing view and the interior of the building is extremely pretty. Good kitchen as well!

First of all, Myriam and Mathias are the sweetest couple you will ever meet. So friendly and helpful. Their home is amazing. Three levels and a rooftop terrace. The apartment is on the second floor and is spotless clean. Bedroom is large with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to parks and Centro Historico. 5 minutes to street with lots of restaurants and bars. Finally, the patio areas and rooftop are incredible. Full of plants, knickknacks and other cool things. It is their home, and not a house. And they make you feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

My hostess was a lovely woman, who kindly helped guide my taxi to her guesthouse, and warmly welcomed me, even though I was really cranky.

Nice flat in a good location and amazing building. There is a rooftop with a great view if the weather is good. Although I didn't use the kitchen it seemed quite well equipped.

“The absolutely best option in the city!”

The most amazing host family owners. Amazing rooftop and all around beautiful building interior. Native english speaking owners. You get a personal key and can come and go as you like. They asked of I wanted a cup of coffee in the morning, not if they could sell me one. Placed in the heart of Riobamba with walking distance to the bus terminal. If you're using the regional and have a stay over or want to spend a few days on the city, definitely check in here.

Beautiful, quite hostel with everything arranged for. Good and continously, adjustable hot shower. Wonderful and interested owners who make you feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to everything in Riobamba. Also an option to take Spanish lessons. Best pick to stay in Riobamba.

Accommodation is in a great location. That was crucial for us. There is a fairly well equipped kitchen. The hosts are really amazingly nice and helped us with everything.
