I reserved 2 villas, one in excellent condition while the other one wasn’t. 3 a/c we’re not working properly. Asked for a credit and no answer.

“Perfectly relaxing and enjoyable”
I really appreciated the ease and friendliness of the communication with the manager of the property prior to and during our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious, bright, quite and clean. It was perfect!

The use of Hyatt pool/beach is a great amenity. Had so much room in the condo, but then the amenities of the hotel - restaurants, pool, paddle boarding, kayaks, etc. Very safe area. Beautiful views and beaches. Plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful balconies. Pool at residences is quiet and clean so it is a great option if you don’t want to walk to hotel. Country club has nice fitness center and we were also able to use Hyatt fitness center during the day. Golf at a discounted rate too!
