The exceptional staff consistently provides outstanding assistance, ensuring a superior stay. The location is ideal, situated directly opposite Copacabana and a mere 10-minute walk from Ipanema.

The manager was most unhelpful. I had erroneously booked an extra night and he didn't facilitate my asking for a refund- in fact he gave me incorrect information and pushed the responsibility with Booking.com

“Very nice place to stay in Copacabana.”
The staff gave us a warm welcome and everyone were very friendly during our stay. Some of them even remember our names. It is well located in Copacabana, just a few steps from the beach with a lot of choices for eating.

“Unbelievable Copacabana sunrises”
Staff were every friendly and helpful. Location is great and fabulous breakfast. Nice shower in room. Lovely rooftop pool - water exceptionally clean (cleanest hotel pool I’ve ever come across) with a view of the beach. Quick friendly bar and food service.
