“Good location, nice hotel”
This hotel was good value for money for Rio de Janeiro. We enjoyed staying in Flamengo. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure and temperature were great. Very varied breakfast and dinner buffets. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area with views of both Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf mountain.

“Very good hotel in Flamengo / Catete”
The hotel is relatively modern and comfortable. It is located in Flamengo / Catete which is a mid-range neighbourhood of Rio de Janeiro. It is close to the metro stop and there are also many bars and restaurants nearby. Personnel was very nice and friendly.

“A good base for exploring Rio- an amazing city”
The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The roof pool was good as well. We used the restaurant once for an evening meal and it was competitively priced and good quality however the ambience wasn’t what you get in a restaurant.

Great location for lots of key things to see and do, with good shops, bars, restaurants and the metro station nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Check-in and out was seamless, which I was not expecting based on other reviews (and we went during carnival so it was busy). The rooms are comfy and well-appointed. There is an amazing rooftop pool. The food choices are great, especially at breakfast
