We spent a wonderful week of family vacations in the apartment. It's a save neighborhood just two blocks from the great beach of Leblon. There are many very good restaurants close by. Paulo was very friendly and helpful.

“Terrific Stay”
Paulo was the perfect host, very accommodating from our initial booking to our check out. The location in Leblon is perfect. Super safe neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants to choose from and 2 blocks from the beach. The apartment is BIG and can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 and has everything you need for a lengthy stay. The fact it has 2 showers and 3 bathrooms (!) is definitely a plus.

“Paulo came during checkout. Carried our bags again and got us a taxi. Way beyond what was expected”
We liked that Paulo was on sight to meet us. He showed us around and introduced us to the doorman, even carried our bags. It is so much easier and reassuring when you can actually speak with someone. You can tell Paulo takes pride in his house.

The place was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 girls. Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Check-in and check-out was perfect and Paulo was very helpful and flexible to make the stay as comfortable as possible for us.

The location of the appartment is great. it is only 3 min from the beach and in the heart of Leblon. we were welcomed warmely. also parking is possible.
