The staff was amazing, especially Mario and Thales. They were very attentive and explained everything, they even know few words in our home language. The indoor design of the hotel was very nice too!

“It’s very social @ Socialtel”
Location is great, in the heart of lapa. Stones throw from Santa Teresa & tiled steps. Breakfast could have been better,Staff were pretty good. Had an early check-in, which was nice. Unique room on front of hotel overlooking square. Roof top has great views but the Menu downstairs is way better, lively place at the weekends. Welcome drink is nice touch, but didn’t use. Gave token to guest on my check out. It felt a Safe area.
