Great location, safe area close to beach 9. . Facilities in the apartment were good with everything we needed. A lift for the heavy suitcases was nice to have. .

“A home away from home!”
We stayed in this apartment for nearly 4 weeks during our 6-week trip to Brazil, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The apartment is located right in the heart of Ipanema! On clear days, you can even see the Cristo Redentor from the window. It’s truly a gem—close to everything you could need: the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. Every Friday, there’s a charming market just a couple of blocks away that offers everything from fresh produce to local treats. From the start, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Anything we needed, they did their best to provide. The apartment was without a doubt, the cleanest place we’ve stayed in while in Rio. It was fully equipped for a family or any kind of group, and we were grateful to find thoughtful essentials like sugar, instant coffee, tea bags, salt, coffee filters, and more for our first few days. The built-in water filter was a huge plus—just fill your bottle and you’re ready to explore the city. The apartment is in a family-friendly building, so it’s important to respect the building rules to help ensure Airbnb remains welcome by the neighbors. That said, it was a peaceful and respectful environment. We felt 100% safe during our stay, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Other great features: two sets of keys, excellent shower pressure, spacious rooms, and—despite being in the middle of everything—it was quiet and calm inside. Patricia was the lady that received us and she was absolutely lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Ipanema. Highly recommend! Thank you for doing your best to make our trip perfect.

“very good stay”
The apartment is very well maintained. Everything works, the bathrooms are good, the shower is strong. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Patricia received us very well. Polite, helpful, accessible and super friendly. The location is awesome, close to everything.
