“Excellent location: beach in a walking distance, underground 3 minutes away and close to the city”
It all started before the trip. I had a issue with the payment and I needed to call the hotel in advance. The customer service was exceptional (efficient and straightforward). On arrival, everything was ready. But the best was the breakfast. One of the best ones fresh cake everyday, fruits, nice lounge and the excellent customer service of Patricia. She greeted us every morning with a smile and gave us the tips of a local. The hotel it has an excellent location and I would suggest you to try the Acai shop 1 minute away from the hotel ( the street behind) Thank you Thank you so much Patricia

“Reception was open even at 4 am and kept the room key for runners, which helped me out.”
The breakfast can serve even after 10am for participants of Rio marathon in the morning time. Was able to relax myself with breakfast. The shower pressure is strong enough and have sufficient hot water.

Simple and easy, old fashioned check in and no issues at all. It was exactly what I expect from a hotel at that price, it was excellent.
