The location is very central, right next to the main cathedral. Daily room cleaning was a definite plus. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good and satisfying. The AC was another plus :)

“Amazing”

The staff very kind, always helped us. Our room always clean. New towels, new linens. The breakfast was amazing, there was a lot of things to eat, they took care about refilling the line. Nice location, police on the side, bar, supermarket, pharmacy near, to go to the beach by subway just walk like 10 min to get to the subway station.

The room was big. The location was a bit desert in the evening.

Our stay at this hotel had both positives and drawbacks. What we really liked was the location - it was right in the heart of the city, which was exactly what we wanted since we were traveling with a group of friends for a few days and wanted to see as much as possible. The hotel was easy to find, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our belongings at the reception until our flight on the last day, which made exploring the city much easier. The room had everything we needed, considering the price.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and well served. But it is not vegan friendly. The shower was good with a nice amount of hot water. I stayed at 11th floor in a room with balcony and a beautiful view.

Kind, caring, helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. Rodriguez and Francisco were extremely helpful with booking tours/night buses, advising on getting about. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean, basic accommodation. Great location for amenities. I felt safe at hotel and area. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Love the samba night at the bar across the road, If you don't like noise, it's worth taking along ear plugs as it's loud .i'll definitely stay here again.

They were all so helpful and sweet and the hotel is good located close to everything.

Simple but very clean accommodation. The room offered everything we needed (fridge, quiet air conditioning, ceiling fan, shelves and hooks), beds comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast quite rich, but repeated every day.
