The guy work in reception his name is Leandrow , I found his behaviour very rude and unprofessional. He appeared to only chat and laugh with female guests, while completely ignoring male guests when they asked questions or needed assistance. Several times, when men were speaking to him or asking for help, he would not reply at all or acted as though he was not interested in helping. This created a very uncomfortable and disrespectful atmosphere. Reception staff should treat all guests equally and professionally, regardless of gender. I found some of the staff members, especially at reception, to be neither polite nor friendly. Their attitude towards guests felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which negatively affected my experience at the hotel.

“Fabulous location, superb breakfast buffet, friendly staff.”
The location is a key selling point of this hotel right on the Copacabana beach and walkable to Ipanema and Sugar loaf mountain too. There is a small pool on the roof terrace and there are loungers and exceptional views here too. Superb breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
