“Please don’t”
If you want to be treated like a criminal—or worse, like a stray dog—this might be the place for you. Charlie Bossa failed to send my registration details to the building’s concierge, and as a result, I was left standing outside on the street for two hours at night, with all my luggage. The concierge is not located in the building, so all communication was through an intercom. I wasn’t even allowed to wait in the lobby, meaning I had to remain outside in the dark while strangers passed by asking me for money. After this unacceptable experience, it took Charlie Bossa two hours to contact the concierge and finally let me in. The next night, when I returned from dinner around 12:30 AM, the facial recognition system failed again, and I was locked out for another 40 minutes until Charlie Bossa reached the concierge. Their only response was, “We sent an email to the building so they can grant your access.” This level of negligence and lack of accountability (or humanity) is completely unacceptable for any accommodation provider. Specially this kind of fancy place.
