“A great escape in a very remote park of Brazil. Safe - Secure - Good Value - Everything works.”
It was a safe location in a very remote city. The environment was not conducive to camping in our overland vehicle and it was great to be able to park the vehicle under a high secure roof and stay in a reliable hotel for a night while driving from Rio de Janeiro to Peru. The food in the restaurant was good quality and well presented.

The location across the road from a lovely little lake or pond and close to the airport was great for me personally. The staff were always helpful and friendly and their English was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Thank you!

“Has been better”
Best thing about this hotel is that it's the closest one to the airport. You can get a decent night's sleep when you are transiting through Rio Branco.

After mor than 12 hours traveling when inarrived ibis for my reservation, there was no room for me. I spent more than 4 hours waiting for a room which only came couple of hours before i had to leave for the airport again. Very very frustrating!

“Room overbooking without any offer to reallocate.”
Super bad experience! Arrived at 18 after a long internal trip, and the room were not available. Placed our luggage at the storage room, went to city. Around 22:00 when we arrived back just 1 hr from leaving to the airport room was still not available, and staff only offered a coffee, nor a reallocation nor a room. After a couple minuts they offered a rood for shower and after this issue amd mess they charged us half period for one hour stay. Very disappointed!
