The staff were very friendly and changed the room which had a small double bed, explaining and providing everything on time. The highlight is the garden with all the birds and geckos, the pool area and the stunning view from the pool area.

Excelente location. Close to diferent offer of restaurant. Beautiful hotel to stay with family and friends. Very nice and friendly costumer service and all members of the staff.

The resort is well located, in a quiet environment. The garden and ocean view are pleasant. The hotel and the equipment are older. Renovation would really be needed.

The pool and lobby area were beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The price is high for what you get, but we knew this going in. You pay for location, right on the ocean. It's a 20 minute drive to get into town to do anything, so only stay here if you like the seclusion. Food and drink from the Pelican Grill was reasonably priced and good portions. Our flight was changed last minute and we had to check out a night early. They charged a $125 cancellation fee. Nothing we could do about it, and I kind of get it. But the hotel was booked solid. I'm sure they booked out our room anyway and they didn't need to charge us.
