Matt was an excellent host and a nice friendly person! Because of delays at the car rental agency, we arrived late, and he was there waiting for us! He even offered to get us some groceries for a good start next day, lent us snorkeling equipment and was available all the time for questions and help. The apartment was clean, and well-ventilated (keep in mind, if you come from northern regions, that summer months in Rincón and PR in general are quite hot). The place is close to the center of Rincón where one finds attractive shops and pleasant small restaurants. Beaches?: many, just five to fifteen minutes away by car. Matt makes surfing boards and can offer surfing training for a reasonable fee. I recommend with no hesitation Casa Mia Guest House!

“Beautiful, spacious and great location!”
I absolutely love the place. It has a perfect location, super nice neighbourhood, close to everything you need. The place looks amazing, good space and a large terrace. The host Matt is super friendly & helpful:) If I had the possibility I would have stayed here the entire time of my trip.
