The property is ideally situated — close to the old town and public transportation, yet tucked in a calm, quiet neighborhood that made every evening feel like a true retreat. Breakfast deserves a special mention — beautifully presented, fresh, and complete in every way. I left with nothing to complain about and everything to look forward to on my next visit. Lovely terrace to have breakfast and drinks on with hanging egg shaped chairs for a good read or other relaxation. Property felt very secure and had decent WiFi and good facilities. The room was a good size.

The room was very nice and clean, location perfect to get around the old town. Breakfast was delicious, with great cappuccino! Valeria was very friendly and she gave us a great tip for a local restaurant. If we come back to Rimini, we would definitely call Valeria.

Exceptionally beautiful villa. Very quiet street, within walking distance of the beautiful centre of Rimini. Very large, tastefully furnished room. The breakfast on the large terrace was the icing on the cake. Valeria was very friendly, for which I would like to thank her again.

I liked everything - the location is closed to center and a half an hour to the beach (leisure walk), the house is beautiful, a mix with well preserved antiques and all the modern amenities, the breakfast was rich and diverse (sandwiches, omelette, pancakes, croissants and there were also fruits, yoghurts, fresh juice etc), the terrace was lovely (eating outside in the mornings and relaxing at night was great) and Valeria was really lovely and helpful with everything (even helping us with a restaurant reservation). Will definitely come back another time (and spend more days in Rimini).

Villa Maldestra is beautiful, boutique hotel, ideal for couples or friends. The hotel is located close to the old town and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The staff, especially Valeria made our stay unforgettable, She gave us many tips about restaurants and places worth visiting. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace. We hope to come back one day ;)

The villa itself was really nice, with comfy furniture and pretty decorations. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met. And the homemade breakfast she was serving was delicious, made with good quality products. Plus, the villa is in a great location, right next to the bus station and not far from the historic city center. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
