super hotel, we were satisfied 100 out of 10. excellent, cozy rooms, friendly staff, delicious, varied breakfasts, our own parking (for an additional fee), this was important for us and we did not worry about the car. 4 minutes to the beach (2 sun loungers and an umbrella for 5 days 108€, near the sea). 20 minutes walk to the center of Rimini. we felt like we were visiting family, thank you for the comfort and care, we will definitely return. “If you want a beach holiday in Italy, it's here”

We travel across Italy frequently and have been fortunate to have stayed with some excellent hosts, but I think Maximillian is up there with the best. He is attentive, has an excellent sense of humour and always present whenever needed, but not overbearingly so. The hotel itself is in a prime spot, right next to the MetroMare station (best way to travel Rimini at about £1 a trip) and a 10-minute stroll to the beach, which again is excellent. Two sun loungers and a parasol will cost about £16 all day and you can pay for these direct to Max and you just give the receipt to the beach attendant. You can literally leave your stuff at the beach (obviously hide away valuables in your bag) and wander off to get food and drink. The hotel room is cleaned, and beds made every day and is the hotel itself is spotless. Breakfast is buffet style with a fantastic selection of pastries, cold meats, fruit, cold drinks, cereal, breads & spreads etc. Max will make you a coffee of your choice….and then another (really, really good coffee too) Our room was a quiet double at the back, and it was quiet. It was big enough for two adults to share over five nights with no issues and plenty of storage space and a lovely bathroom with an excellent walk-in shower. The only issue for some would be the bathroom door is very close to the bed for those with ‘issues’. Across the road from T Hotel is an absolutely fantastic sea-food restaurant Da Lele which is highly recommended, as is Sole Luna a little further down towards the beach on the corner of the main road, and Libeccio on the opposite corner. That said, wherever we ate the food and the service was always top end. The people are very welcoming and while there are touts selling all sorts of things, once you say “No” they just move on.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Amazing, friendly, attentive service. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Modern rooms. Very tasty breakfast. I really liked that the body cream was given to the customers - it was very useful. The environment is calm, quiet. From the hotel near the sea - up to 10 minutes on foot; the old town can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

It was our second stay at this hotel, we like the breakfast which offers plenty to choose from. The rooms are spotless and the hotel is in a good position close to shops and the beach.

“Amazing place!”

Amazing location, great qualoty for the money! The staff are super helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. Some of the best restaurants in town are a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Definitely would stay here again!!!
