“Beautiful apartment in a great location in Rimini”

Super clean and nice apartment. The location was great with only a quick walk to both stores, restaurants and the beach. We had a nice balcony which we very much enjoyed. Rimini was beautiful and the promenade by the sea and hotels was very well taken care of and modern. We recommend this hotel as well as Rimini in general!

Nice place near the beach. The room was clean. They offered also coupons for breakfast in the baker just across the street which was nice and in good price.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient to reach all directions - the beach, the centre, and the railway station (~17 min. on foot). The room has a very cute balcony with a view of the church tower.

“Welcoming and comfortable place to stay”

A friendly welcome and a nice extra as we had been upgraded to a larger room. The Residence is an old-style seaside hotel suitable for short or longer stays and comfortable for us as a couple or a family as there’s plenty of space in the apartment. It’s comfortable, not luxurious, which makes it very good value for money and is within a few minutes walk of the train station, the town centre shops and very close to the beach. There are restaurants and cafes at the end of the road.

Staff is 24/7 so it is good that you can leave luggage if you arrive earlier. Also we could enter room earlier than expected. Location is very good, not far from promenada. Kitchen fully equiped, there is elevator in the hotel. Bycicles for free for exploring the city, that is nice advantage.

The location is perfect right next to the beach with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. There is a kitchen in the room so we could easily make a simple meal. We were travelling with a wheelchair and were worrying if that would be difficult. However, Everyone was very nice and helpful. The whole experience gave our journey a great start!

High cost-effectiveness, although more than 10 minutes away from the train station, it is very close to the seaside. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and a bottle of water and shopping bag are also included as gifts.

We liked the hotel a lot. Everything worked properly, kitchen was well equiped, there was washing machine, equipment for ironing, umbrellas, bike rental. Beds were good and linen too. The room was quite small, but ok for 2 people. The frige was small too, but enough for 4 days. Location is good - close to the beach and 10 min from city center by bus (just find out the timetable from google maps), many restaurants were nearby and a nice walking promenade. Our balcony faced the seaside (however we saw just a small part of the sea because of the trees and buildings), but we observed fantastic colors of sunrises in the sky early in the morning.

The hotel was located near to the seafront with bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful. We enjoyed the facilities of a small kitchen and a generous balcony to sit out at night and relax

Lovely space, it had a good balcony, comfy bed, good bathroom, gas cooker which worked will and a well equipped kitchen. Located really close to the beach and train station. Easy check in.
