Situated in the San Giuliano a Mare district of Rimini and 1.5 km from its historic centre, Residence La Villetta is 150 metres from the seaside. This modern building offers air-conditioned apartments with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and 2 free bikes. Mostly facing the sea, the River Marecchia or the mountains in the distance, La Villetta’s apartments offer either a balcony or a spacious terrace. Each includes a seating area with sofa, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with hairdryer. Some are set on the attic. A self-service laundry with a coin-operated washing machine is also available. Ironing facilities can be provided on request. The residence is 1 km from the Darsena sea promenade and a 8-minute drive to the Rimini Fiera exhibition centre.

The overall location is good, 10 minutes to the beach, 30 to the city centre by foot, supermarket is close. The apartments were great for 2 people, kitchen is in a separate room which makes it also an additional space to hang out.

“Close to beach, quite central”
Everything was great, we even rented bikes for a day. I liked that parking was very big (100m away from residence).

“Nice people&old structure accommodation”
La Villetta looks nice and cozy, conceived in a summer style. I’m sure it was a great accommodation some times ago, but now it needs renovation (the furniture, all equipment in the room is old, some pieces are damaged). Regarding the space inside, for two persons, it is enough, but for a family with chids it can be difficult (once the extendable sofa in the kitchenette is extended, the space is very tight). For your soggiorno and in general be prepared to follow Italian daily schedule (check in and in the town-meals, shops)😉 The kitchenette has cutlery, cups, plates, coffee machine (without coffee☹️), refrigerator, a place to eat, TV. The building has an elevator, so it is easy to get the upper floors😉 The historical center is beautiful, it can be reached by rented bikes from the La Villetta’s owner or staff. It is very easy!

The place is close to the beach and right next to the bus stop. The staff there is nice. It was clean.
