“perfect”

For such a small hotel, the room was a pretty good size. It was close to the beach, the girl at the reception was extremely nice. The hotel is in a quieter part of Rimini and it was more peaceful. I will definitely stay there when we go again.

The staff was very friendly, even recommended a beach nearby, The cleanliness was off the charts, Some mornings we were lucky enough to even have some amazing expresso.

The apartment was nice and clean, it had everything for a comfort stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood but really close to the beach. Personal was helpful and friendly. Excellent price-quality ratio!

1. Customer service & cooperation - top! So many things we asked for and everything had been done. 2. Location - top! Near the beach as well as shops and restaurants (but far enough so to be too noisy). I believe people stay loyal to any hotel/company or anything else due to people who are behind that. If you like to feel welcomed as a friend, that is the place.

Great hotel, very clean, well organised and the personel was absolutely fantastic! Windows are fully soundproof so you can't hear the nearby railway. One day before our departure, I asked Ivan (hotel manager) for help in organising a taxi to the bus station, and he offered that he can drive us there himself. Wow!!

“Overall very good hotel”

Very clean, spacious rooms, kitchen with all you need during the stay. My laptop charger doesn’t fit sockets in the room, but I found adapter in the cabinet (I don’t know wether all rooms have adapters).

“Wonderfull”

Hotel and apartman were really good in nice and quiet neighborhood. Apartman with one bedroom was spacious for family of four, there were enough towels, wifi works perfect. I personally enjoyed. Staff at reception were present all the time, they were pleasant. We traveled by car and didnt have problem to find free parking on the street.

The Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel is in an ideal location just a few minutes from the beach. We had a discount at the private beach for beach beds and umbrella. Also perfect to catch the no.11 bys which gies the full length of Lungomare. Clean, great facilities and very friendly staff.

The apartment hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, a 2-minute walk from the beach, however a little far from the old city center. The building is located right next to railway tracks, so it is loud when the shutters are open, but not disturbing when the windows are closed. The booked apartment (two interconnecting rooms) had two balconies, one of which has a dining table for meals. The apartment was clean, they even cleaned it once during the one-week vacation without any request. The kitchen was modestly equipped, suitable only for preparing simpler meals (missing set of plates and cutlery was immediately replaced at our request). Nearby traditional Italian cuisine and small shops. Parking is possible on the street, if there is a free space, but it was allowed to park in the narrow garden on request, otherwise parking was difficult. Overall I can recommend the accommodation.

I really liked the hotel, the location is excellent, everything is clean! We are especially grateful to the staff, who helped a lot in difficult situations.
