The location close to beach,restaurant and shops

The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, kindly arranging an early check-in upon our request. Housekeeping was provided daily, maintaining a consistently clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money and benefits from a convenient location — within easy reach of the beach as well as a selection of affordable, authentic local restaurants in the surrounding area.

The Hotel is convenient for all the restaurants and bars in Rimini Miramare, The beach is just a 7 minute walk and the station at Miramare is also a similar 7 minute walk. The station serves inter city trains to Ancona, Bologna, Piacenza and Milan etc. The metro runs from here too serving between Rimini, Fiabilandia, San Marino and Rimini International Airport and Riccione. What pleased me the most at this hotel is the friendliness of all the staff. The Rooms are very clean and are serviced very well. The receptionists Anna and Giulia are so friendly and instantly make you feel at home. Both lovely young ladies. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Team Rubens!

Very good location, close to the sea, in a quiet neighborhood. There's a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. For breakfast we need to walk about 100 m to another hotel, but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast itself was very good and reasonably priced. The room and bathroom were relatively clean.

Julia was so kind and helpful during my check-in, it's so much appreciated, I loved my room, it was one of the best hotels I stayed in Rimini so far.

Very close to the beach, as well to the bus station to city centre. It was close to airport, that you can reach it by walk in 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Modern hotel with conveniences, but marred by flaws”

The hotel is clearly new and modern, which is a plus. A very practical convenience was the small fridge in the room, it makes a real difference for longer stays. The good: The room has a nice, usable balcony, The daily cleaning service was generally good and reliable. The not-so-good (practical issues): Bathroom layout: the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is positioned directly facing the shower cabin, leaving very little legroom, which is awkward and uncomfortable. Cleaning oversights: while generally clean, there were occasional lapses in sanitising the toilet seat properly. Maintenance problems: the bidet plumbing was problematic. The drain was blocked, requiring a maintenance call. The technician simply unclogged it, but the bidet itself was faulty, which was inconvenient. One incident left me particularly uneasy. While waiting in the reception area for my room to be cleaned, a member of the housekeeping staff appeared to take a photo of the key board. However, the angle and situation strongly suggested I was included in the picture without my convent. Given that rooms have clear “Do Not Disturb” signs for privacy, this felt like unnecessary and suspicious intrusion. Booking directly offered only a minimal discount (6€ off). For a new hotel, the fundamental flaws in bathroom design, fixture reliability, and the serious lapse in guest privacy were disappointing. While the modern amenities and the fridge are nice, I cannot fully recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rubens! The place is spotless and has everything you need. The location is super convenient, with a bus stop and a grocery store just around the corner. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!
