The location and accessibility was great for both the beach and public transportation. We also had no issues with the cleanliness. People there were nice and smiling. Breakfast was good with enough food and everything was fresh. They allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time, which was very convenient for us. They also had flexibility on our check-out day, and then they made it very easy for us by allowing us to leave our belongings at the hotel during the day and use the toilet etc.

The streets were bustling with loud music and party goers, so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to sleep, but the room had amazing noise cancellation and good air conditioning. We ended up having a fantastic sleep. Michaela - the owner - made the stay amazing. Her energy is so uplifting. She walked out into the street and helped us find parking (even offering to move her car so we could park where she was). She always met us with a big smile and offered very helpful advice. She even hosted her own little party downstairs, dancing and giving her guests home made sweets and free Lemoncino shots. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel has very nice artwork in the hallways. Beach was just across the street. We’re definitely staying here again if we ever come back.

Location is good, near the beach

“Fair value of money”

Strong airco. Good blinds that make the room completely dark. Decent beds. Good wifi. Close to the beach. Breakfast was nice. There was quite a bit of loud music in the neighbourhood but I didn't hear any of it in the room, so that was great as well.

Lady Michaela Vandi at front desk was very nice and helpful.

“The owners of the hotel are aggressive and unfriendly!”

The owners of the hotel are extremely aggressive and unfriendly, shouting and insulting the guests. At one point the hostess attacked us when we started filming her attitude towards the guests (the moment of the attack - on the photo) and claimed that she has photos of our personal belongings in the room (admitted on the video). YouTube video on request "Hotel Dear Rimini - owners attacking their guests". From the moment we checked in, the owner terrorized our family. We arrived late but within 10 minutes of checking in she had kicked the kids off the terrace with pizza while we parked the car, endless complaints about everything etc. Until at one point she jumped on us and started insulting us. The first time we had to contact Booking customer service and had to leave the hotel for the rest of our vacation. The rest of the problems: terrible breakfast, inability to sleep due to lack of any soundproofing, bed linen not changed for week and endless other problems will seem like a small thing. Stay away from this place!

The hotel is located near the beach (50-70 m). The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. A free air conditioner in the room.

The best staff - very friendly and nice, food was delivious, room was spacious and clean, hotel almost at the beach, close to all shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
