“Great hotel in good location, very friendly staff.”

The staff were friendly. We reserved 2 rooms for 6 of us, both were clean and spacious for hotel rooms. We had breakfast included, which was a full buffet breakfast. Location was in between the train station and the main esplanade of restaurants; the beach was walkable from the hotel. Many restaurants close by. Staff manned reception 24/7.

Aria is one of my favorite hotels in Rimini, and my preference for it is grounded in a long, intimate familiarity with this city. Among the things I appreciated most was the matter of the air conditioning. The hotel allowed me full control over the room temperature — something genuinely rare. Many hotels restrict cooling or limit the guest’s ability to adjust it, presumably to save energy during the transitional months between spring and summer, or between autumn and winter. That was not the case at Aria. I was able to set the room to exactly the temperature I needed in order to sleep well — and I am personally quite sensitive on this point at night. I had also stayed at this hotel previously in summer, and the air conditioning then was simply unmatched. Breakfast is excellent and complete, and the breakfast staff are warm and attentive. The facilities throughout are modern and beautifully kept, and the soundproofing in the rooms is remarkable. The outdoor seating area at the bar is spacious and has a lovely view. The bathroom amenities are good, and the towels are of good quality and well kept. The water pressure in the shower is not ideal, but it gets the job done. Overall, the bathroom is excellent in terms of space and thoughtful, functional details. I also rented a parking space at the hotel; access was smooth, getting the car in and out was effortless, and so was the walk from the parking area to the rooms. The location, for me, is ideal. The hotel sits just a few steps off the main thoroughfare, and that small distance makes all the difference. I want to share a personal note here: I have tried hotels right on the seafront, but I have come to prefer this location. Beachfront hotels leave you exposed to sudden noise — passersby on the promenade, late-night gatherings, beach events that can run well into the small hours. Aria gives you enough distance to enjoy real quiet, while still keeping the sea within easy reach.

The location was perfect. The building was new and situated near the sea, yet the street was quiet. The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel’s common areas were pleasant and cool.

The hotel was very modern, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. great central location. On street Parking was free when we were there as it was low season but the hotel has underground parking at €25 per day which is quite expensive. The breakfast was superb!

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, the property is ideally situated near both the beach and the city centre, making it one of the most desirable locations in the area.

Short walking distance from the Rimini train station so if you are flying into Bologna it is only 55 minutes on a train to Rimini station. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Rimini but within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff working in the hotel are super nice. We arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony with two chairs and a table was an added bonus - it was handy to dry swimsuits etc there. Beds were really comfy and because the area was so quiet we had a very good sleep each night. Room was cleaned every day and it was absolutely spotless - big thanks to the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was really enjoyable. Two guys working in there are very nice and helpful. We decided to spend a couple of hours there on one of the days to take a break from the beach and it was really enjoyable. Bar service starts at 11 am and you can order a very reasonably priced lunch from 12pm. We have tried piadinas, burgers and salads and everything was very tasty and good value. What is handy is the fact that you can add the cost to your room and pay at check out . Twice a day there are free mini sandwiches, wraps, pizzas etc at the bar area on the 8th floor and ground floor. Nice touch and handy to have with a drink. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Honestly one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Staff were very nice and made our two kids smile when they gave them free lollipops. What we really liked was the barista service on order with delicious good quality coffee. One thing to note regarding access to the beach is that you need to pay extra for umbrellas and loungers. We decided to use beach no 10. Paid 50 euro for a day for 3 loungers and a big umbrella by the sea. Staff were very nice and the beach was spotlessly clean.

“A great autumn stay in the Rimini region”

The hotel is large, in a good location, nearby the old town with many cafes and shops, as well as the train station. Very close to the beaches. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is really good and has a wide selection. The room is very spacious, tidy, all towels were changed every day, although it was really not necessary. The bed is very big and comfortable. We are satisfied with this hotel and definitely recommend it!
