“Incredible boutique hotel”

The Tropicana Suite was incredible, utter modernism and luxury. Check in process was super easy and having one code to access the car park, building, and our room was very efficient and streamlined. I wish we had been staying for longer as it was perfect, and a good base for exploring Rimini.

Property had parking on site, good location near the beach and next to a park so quiet also. Rooms were fabulous, spacious, the detail was incredible. Even when I had to call the manager, calls were answered right away.

Good location, close to the city centre. Cosy, clean and modern design hotel with excellent amenities. A fully automated blind check-in and reception. A small bar in the lobby with coffee, soft drinks and even liquor for free. Secure parking.

The garden suite where we stayed was beautifully curated and the hosts were amazing…

Everything was perfect. The room was huge. I think it's the first time I've been in a hotel room with it's own private Sauna. It has it's own secure parking but spaces are limited to about 7 cars, there's a free big space outside though a few meters away which can take another 30 cars.

Nice place with modern touch. Coffee machine downstairs is a big bonus. The beach is near. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very quite. Overall it was wonderful stay.

I spent four unforgettable nights at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The Demo Hotel is truly stunning—every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, a lovely park, and a variety of great restaurants. The nearby park makes this place especially ideal for guests traveling with a dog—our walks surrounded by greenery were a real highlight. The host, Mr. Piero, deserves special mention. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything you might need. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy lounge where guests can enjoy both hot and cold drinks in a relaxed setting. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, great location, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it.

“Great Design Boutique Hotel”

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! From its beautiful design to the comfort of the bed and pillows. It is fully digitalized, so you can handle yourself the check in, the check out or entering the private parking. The common area in the lobby is very nice. I loved the massage chair and the coffee machine. Pier is a great host and also the ladies from Cleaning were very nice. They cleaned our appartment daily. Near the hotel there is a good restaurant - La Cappa, where you can have a very nice lunch or dinner. The beach is 3 minutes walking. The area is quiet.

“Excellent”

Everything about this hotel was excellent - the design was different to any other hotel I've ever stayed in. Our suite was very spacious with great thought given to our comfort. The facilities were excellent including the communal room with the free drinks, large TV, fuseball machine and also a washing machine if you needed it. The location was great, easy walking distance of the marina, the beach and; slightly further away but still walkable, the historical centre. Piero our host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions etc.
