The owners were waiting for us when we arrived at the property as arranged. They showed us around and explained how everything worked. It was a pleasure to meet them. Giancarlo and Cinzia were wonderful people. So friendly and such wonderful hosts. Giancarlo went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment was so well stocked with provisions, everything you could possibly need and so much more. Giancarlo had even left cherry’s and peaches from his own garden which were absolutely lovely. I really can’t praise our hosts enough. We were leaving the apartment early on the day we left and Giancarlo, was there at 6am to say good buy and offer us a lift to the airport. Incredible hospitality! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. The apartment is located a little way from the beachfront (Around 30 min walk), but there is a free shuttle that can be ordered for a return trip. Pickup is from the local bus stop about 3 minutes away. The facility works really well and is reliable. We made use of it several times. The only negative is that you need to book a day in advance and it is not possible to edit times if plans change. Full details are provided by the hosts along with all other information you could possibly need.

Giancarlo is a great host, he makes his guests feel welcomed, comfortable and care for. The apartment was fully equipped and perfectly clean. The area is very quiet and is about 25 minutes walk from the beach and the centre. He also provided fresh fruit, groceries and prosecco. “È stato molto bello”

First of all, I must say that it is a great pity that we only spent one night in these apartments. The apartments are located in a private house, spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need, perfectly clean, and the surroundings are beautifully maintained. Quite a comfortable place, quiet and peaceful, private parking space. Separately, we really need to say something about the very kind host Giancarlo. In my many travels, I somehow don't remember other cases where hosts, even with the help of a translator, would try to communicate with guests in their native language, thus demonstrating their high culture and respect for their guests. I was really pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care the hosts take for their guests. Not to mention the abundance of feast in the kitchen for guests - the entire football team could have dinner. Grazie mille, Giancarlo. I migliori auguri a te e alla tua famiglia.

“Amazing”

If only everyone were like Giancarlo! He’s truly the kindest person and the most amazing host in the world. His home is just perfect — we were so happy to stay there! And all the little touches, the welcome gifts… absolutely incredible. Sending a huge hug to the place, and an even bigger one to Giancarlo himself! It’s such a shame I can only give 10 stars — I wish I could give more!

Everything was fantastic - our host Giancarlo welcomed us really warmly, the apartment was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the area is very quiet. And on top we got full fridge when we arrived - this was something we never experienced so far. It was really a pity we stayed for 1 night only so when we come back to Rimini we for sure book the same accommodation.

Thank you Giancarlo for a beautiful staying in your apartment. Giancarlo is a great host, he welcomed us upon our arrival, gave us the keys and a fully equipped and perfectly clean apartment. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and, in short, everything you need for ordinary cooking, including spices, oil, coffee, etc. There was also a fridge full of food and a welcome prosecco after our arrival. The apartment is about a 25-minute walk from the beach and the center. You can use Lime scooters to move between the accommodation and the beach. this was probably the best accommodation we have ever used. Thank you Giancarlo for the gift and we wish you all the best, maybe we'll see you again sometime - Tomas, David, Roman and Tomas :-)

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very kind and helpfull host. Apartments are not in the centre of Rimini, but you can quick and easily reach all popular places by the bus which stops nearby. All the best wishes to Giancarlo.
