Great family house with amazing hospitality. Many guests stay for 1-2 nights on their way to other destinations, but we stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely! The homemade breakfast was fantastic, the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. The owners are happy to guide you based on your needs, ensuring a personalized experience. This option is ideal if you are traveling by car. Within a 10-15 minute distance, you'll find a great beach, shopping centers, entertainment parks, and plenty of restaurants.

We liked everything! It is a beautiful house with very comfortable rooms and bathrooms and a lovely garden. Breakfast is very tasty and served in a wonderfully arranged gazebo.

“Great cosy location”
Everything was great, very cute and cozy location, nice room and breakfast in the garden was super pleasant. Breakfast selection was quite alright, not so many savory options (2 types of ham and only one type of regular cheese) but everything was fresh and tasty. Spacious parking was a big plus as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s a really beautiful place to stay, with lovely and spacious rooms, very good shower and comfortable bed! Valentina and her team are unbelievably friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could need is here.

“Beautiful and quiet place”
Very good breakfast. Quiet and clean place near highway which is perfect for this destination and you can immediately set off in any direction. Wonderful nice staff, they advised on everything, ordered the restaurant. Jacuzzi also available. Daily cleaning...

“The perfect 10!”
Everything was perfect!!! The room is spacious, very clean, the location close to the motorway, breakfast was 100% homemade and they served it in a wonderful garden. The staff was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend the place. We will definetely return there.

“Lovely stay in lovely location”
Lovely property in rural location but close enough to Rimini, San Marino and various hilltop villages. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Christina and Lucia are lovely and go out of their way to make your stay a wonderful one. Very nice breakfast too.

Quiet location with a very nice garden, lots of outdoor seating areas. Great, newly furnished, extremely clean apartments, comfortable beds, beautifully designed and spacious bathroom. Two common lounge areas are beautifully furnished. A particularly tasty, abundant and beautifully served breakfast in a Provencal-style gazebo with the sounds of classical music - a wonderful start to the day. Many thanks to the owners and all the staff. We will definitely come back.

“Amazing”
The most beautiful place to stay. The gardens are beautiful and the property is well maintained. The house is lovely with every little detail thought of. All the staff are welcoming, kind and friendly. They could not do enough, even entertaining our 5month old baby so we could eat breakfast together(a rarity with a young baby). We loved it and would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to go back! Thank you Valentina, Christina & Lucia !!
