“Quiet and peaceful stay in Rijeka.”
The property is unstaffed. I received an email with access details. Parking outside is ample. The WiFi worked. There was a socket by the bed. The location is on top of a hill in Rijeka. I walked about 1km downhill to a restaurant on the seafront. The room was quiet.

Cozy and comfortable studio, close to the sports hall, which was very important for us. Excellent view from the balcony. The fridge was full with delicious food for breakfast. We had everything needed. Public parking on site. Bus stop at the front.

If you want a location where you can set up home base and drive to Rijeka or other notable places nearby, it's a good location, with lots of spaces in the public parking next to the apartment building. The kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the balcony is lovely.

“Would recommend it for couples traveling to/through Rijeka for 1-3 days.”
We stayed at Rozata with my partner in July for 1 night. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well-equiped. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. There was nice sea view from the balcony.
