The customer service is really bad. They don't care your your feeling and waiting， Even room is ready， let you wait so many hour till 5.02 pm, They answer your question like a robot, Even they ignore your question if you ask more. If you have a car with children don't come here.

“Comfortable and well located, but check in is below expectation.”
The location is very good so we didn't mind waiting. But the time to check in is 5pm, and we have to rush out before 10 am the next day. I find it a bit too short for the price we paid. But ok...we enjoyed our stay

Location is perfekt. We were stressed Because we had to check in late in the afternoon and we hade check out- to leave a room in 10:00 morning :( so for the hours that we stay it was expensive.

“Ok place for urgent stay in Rijeka, if reasonably priced”
Nice interior that was recently done. Location is also great for sightseeing Rijeka, but the parking is a problem.
