The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the view was truly amazing. When the time came to say goodbye, it was hard to leave the room. :) Breakfast was good and varied, with a sufficiently long serving interval to fit any schedule. Hotel offers semi-open parking garage with a ramp, so I knew my car was safe and I didn't have any worries about it. The location of the hotel is also excellent, just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center.

The hotel is obviously very old and needs some urgent reconstructions. The window did not fit so there was a cold inside the room in December. The equipment and the bathroom were really not up to date. The hairdryer did not work. Also the shower equipment was broken.

I liked the view from the room. The hotel is situated a little higher and is tall so the view to the city and the bay was great. The receptionist was patient and upgraded my room for a small amount.
