The elevator didn't work and I was on the third floor with a bad knee. They didn't have any rooms on the 1st or the second floor.

“Excellent value for money, pleasant stay.”

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and stores in the city. The hotel offered parking and it was free. Easy to navigate the majority of Richmond from this location also close to the interstates. The staff was friendly and helpful!
