Centrally located with various parking options nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast in neighboring restaurant.

Location is superb, right in front of the State Capitol. Also restaurant/breakfast downstairs is really good. Delicious food and great service.

The day was very hot. We had done a lot of walking. When we arrived to check in had to wait for the right person to come to the desk and I felt there was a lot of fussing about. Standing waiting I felt unwell and passed out due to the heat. What I can say is the staff were very quick and special thanks must go to Eric who took controls bringing water, cool towels and a reassuring attitude.

One room was great for 4 (2 kids), had a real good night at a fantastic location directly opposite Virginia Capitol.

My friend left his jacket and hat in the closet of the room. It was very painful to get in contact with house keeping, taking over 10 phone calls and apparently nothing was found in the room. Pretty sure the cleaning staff took it or the room wasn’t cleaned / checked properly for the next guests who may have taken it. No other explanation unless the jacket grew legs and it went for a walk. Very poor customer service. Left a voicemail for the general manager who never got back to me

Sizeable suite with two adjoining rooms makes for a comfortable space.

“Disappoiting”

The hotel’s location is perfect, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay.

I stayed at this hotel from October 9 to 10. On the 10th, when checking out, I remembered that I had forgotten my watch, called the hotel and said that I would be back soon, went up to my floor, the cleaning lady said that there was no watch here and asked me to leave. I called the watch, and it was in her pocket. She just wanted to steal it.
