“Run down motel which was overpriced.”
Breakfast room very cramped. Very little to choose. No bath towels in the room. Hair drier broken. Facility needs freshening.

I called the front desk to tell them that I was at the concert Is there an Richmond Talk to someone and I'll say that I would be there late and I was going to pay and cage he said okay When I got there about 11:30 he gave up my room saying I tried to call you I told him that I would be there My phone had cut off and so I couldn't contact him or answer my phone he should have saved my room but I asked him when I told him I would be there tonight do not give up my room

“I don’t recommend this room unless you’re a lot lizard”
The employee at the desk was trying to charge more money. After showing him the confirmation number with the price with taxes included he still tried to charge more money. He said tax wasn’t included with the total price but it stated tax and fees. The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was dirty. Will not stay again . The room gives a creepy vibe

“I will never stay at this location again and I don’t recommend for late arrivals”
The breakfast was ok eggs sausage and I made a waffle. I love the waffle machine. They had a few angles and muffins. Two types of cereal.

“Never again at a sleep inn”
Couldnt get into room for over an hour broken keyboard since check in. No one at front desk despite a sign up saying brb in 10min Rude incompetent staff and was told this wasnt a big issue at all.
