The availability of the host when we needed, the availability of the useful main object given and our room divided by a door that we can lock and unlock connected with the share kitchen.

The host was very personable and made my stay, (which was unexpected due to failure of another location I had booked to provide accommodations) very enjoyable. While breakfast was not included, he did provide coffee, cream, sugar/sweeteners, and a microwave to heat the cinnamon roll I brought from Panera. The room was cozy and had a TV. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and linens provided were fresh and clean. It really was just what I needed as a stopover on my trip. The location, thanks to my phone navigation, was also easy to get to and the area felt safe.

The location exceeds the price point - comfy brewery a block away. Edge of the very interesting arts district. Reasonable downhill walk to the canal and river district. More than your money`s worth in this aspect.

“Charming, well located home in Richmond”

The location seems very central. It was easy for me to walk to the convention center and the area felt safe to walk around during the day as well as late in the evening. Charming little home with multiple rooms and a shared bathroom. The room was very comfortable and it met all my needs as a solo traveler. One more thing that I liked was the check-in and checkout process. The instructions didn't seem clear at first, but the owner was on the premises to allow me access and they were very quick to respond whenever I messaged them. I would not mind staying there again if I ever visit Richmond again.

you get what you pay for. it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. it was a nice place to lay your head for a night or two. it was nothing fancy. the gentleman was extremely attentive when calling. the price reflects the accommodations. would definitely use again.

We had a great stay at Chris‘ lovely place. He makes you feel like home and answers all questions. The flixbus stop, downtown and many restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk away.
